To prepare and execute international strategies that will allow our clients to expand their business into the United States, and to develop long-term sales relationships in that market.
Clients come to us because they want to internationalize their business. We simplify the process and work together with management teams to develop and implement a market entry strategy.
Step 1: We Get to Know Each Other. We start by taking at look at your product/service and determining if there is potential for success in the United States market. (i.e. competition/barriers to entry, etc). If we decide to proceed we work with you to define the scope and develop a timeline for the project.
Step 2: You Visit Us. We prepare an initial visit to the United States for you to speak with potential clients and allies.
Step 3: Together We Make a Plan. Following the visit, if there are clear opportunities we can help you establish a presence in the United States. We are a turnkey business development organization and can conduct sales and provide continued sales support for your company from our base in the Seattle area.
Step 4: We Guide You. If you prefer to establish your own United States operation we will work as Project Managers and collaborate with our Partners on your behalf to hire local staff or bring your team to the United States of America.

Experienced in the Sales ecosystem of large northwest companies including, Microsoft, Boeing, and Starbucks.
Attended major industry conferences in US and Europe including, Aircraft Interiors Expo Seattle/Hamburg, Paris/Farnborough Airshow, Casual Connect, Tribal Resources Energy Conference New Mexico.
Established 3 USA headquarters, (Example: Opened a 3,600 Square Foot facility).
Assisted with the relocation of CEO's/Managers who moved to the USA.
Developed first real-time international student Business Consulting Project with the University of Washington Business School and Spain.
Collaborated with University of Washington research labs and Tech Transfer to jointly advance Spanish technology.
Collaborated with the University of Washington Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the UW Incubator to promote Joint Ventures with Spanish Startups.
Collaborated with Microsoft for the development of a Business Model for the Microsoft Accelerator in Leon/Valladolid, Spain.
Collaborated with Microsoft Ventures to develop a public-private partnership fund for Tech Startups in Spain.
Regularly organize business networking events for our customers around the more than 30 Spanish Cultural events promoted by the Spanish government in the Seattle Area each year.
Iñigo founded Esteban Consulting in 2009, since then he has been an advocate for Spanish business in the Pacific Northwest, hosting delegations, promoting commercial missions to the US and Europe and participating in industry conferences across the globe.
He has worked in Sales in the following industries, including Biotech, Aerospace, IT, Heavy Industry, Clean Teach & Renewable Energy.
He volunteers with the University of Washington Michael G. Foster School of Business as a business coach/advisor in the Business and Consulting Center.
He holds Degrees in Business Administration (Finance/Marketing/International Business) and Economics from the Michael G. Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
Proficient in Spanish (DELE C2 Exam) and a Licensed Notary in the State of Washington.
